Truth was i had been living with a deadly time bomb inside me!

A woman said “You look like me”… She alerted me to PCOS that afternoon… We carried our extra weight in our chins, tummies and abdomens…
~ I now approach women the same way adding i can make you thin with knowledge…

May of 2003 started my journey with PCOS… My personal crusade is to inform, enlighten and educate everyone i can about PCOS and all i can relating to it!
~ Nurses only read a small paragraph about PCOS in nursing school…
~ One can only imagine what doctors study on PCOS… Most doctors interpret PCOS in their own way, not always the right way!
~
* My wish is all doctors will be on the “SAME PAGE” with PCOS…* Real soon i hope!

PCOS is a silent killer wreaking havoc through your body by way of a hormone imbalance…
Deemed a syndrome means you only need one or more symptoms to be diagnosed with PCOS… (no criteria to be met) … Irregular menses, unable to have a baby or cysts on your ovaries and excessive male patterned hair growth are the main “key” symptoms for a PCOS diagnosis…

nuts… Reality is we have a medical condition needing diagnosed, treated and maintained…
~ Research has proven PCOS is hereditary!

What a wonderful blog!!!! I haven’t found many blogs on PCOS that are supportive and informative, I do like yours.
I also have a blog on PCOS, its new, but I’ve been getting tons of visitors. I was wondering if you’d be interested in a link exchange? I would LOVE to add your blog to my list, and for you to do the same. I think between the both of us, we’ll be able to educate tons of women about this wicked condition….that’s the most important thing, giving them education & information that no one else seems to provide….
