TIPS to Strengthen Your Immune System

~ rid the stress in your life…
~ frequent sex…
~ get a dog or pet…
~ build a network – social &/or volunteer…
~ take a class, join an interest group, add more friends…
~ stay positive – optimistic…
~ laugh…
~ eat antioxidants – fruits and veggies, oranges, green peppers, broccoli, kiwi, strawberries, carrots, watermelon, papayas, leafy greens, cantelope …
~ multivitamin for immune…
~ * selenium…
~ vitamins A,C,D,E, zinc and magnesium…
~ ~ ~
PCOS Lady:
Years ago i dealt with high stress daily from my job… I had swollen lymph nodes behind my ears to the point of hurting plus landed in the hospital for PID… The PID was chalked up to the stress… My Gyno told me my immune system was nil… Back then i had no idea on how to get it back…
~ Looking at this list i did many of the things anyways…
