# 2 You MUST Plan Your Meals
~ It’s said that failing to plan means you’re planning to fail. When it comes to meals designed to promote your health and eliminate unwanted calories, you’re going to have to heed this advice.
The problem is, if you fail to plan your meals you are basically eating according to either your emotions or whatever whim may come over you around mealtime. Both of these can mean added calories, poor nutritional choices and a growing waistline.

#3 Avoid All Sodas, and Especially Diet Soda
~ Soda, in my opinion, is the one of the primary health threats. Did you know that just one can of Coke contains 10 teaspoons of sugar?!
This is 100 percent of your recommended daily intake (which is more than double my recommended daily allowance to begin with). Within 20 minutes of drinking that soda, your blood sugar spikes, and your liver responds to the resulting insulin burst by turning massive amounts of sugar into fat.

~ One of the best ways to improve your health is to make sure you’re eating plenty of fresh, minimally processed high quality vegetables, ideally locally-grown and organic, with a majority of them consumed raw. ~ Your body has three types of muscle fiber: Slow twitch, fast twitch and super-fast twitch fibers. A major problem with conventional exercise is its inability to engage the fast and super-fast twitch muscle fibers. Conventional exercise merely engages your body’s slow twitch muscle fibers, which is your preferred mode of muscle engagement. To produce dramatic results when it comes to exercise you simply have to engage your fast and super-fast muscle fibers.

Abit on me, i dropped 6 full dress sizes and 60lbs in 8 months in the early 90’s… High protein, complex & low carbs is the way i did it… I combined a body builder’s diet, Atkin’s, Weight Watcher’s and my own ways in it… No added exercise accept my normal work days… My fat was solid, no cellulite…
~ Many body builders complimented me on my diet… Telling me no bananas 1st thing was my only mistake!
~ I gained many pounds back over time… I knew then i needed help for an internal problem…
~ 2003 i was diagnosed with PCOS, a hormone imbalance issue…
~ Given Glucophage XR 500mg daily…
~ 2003 i lost 6 full dress sizes and 30lbs in 4 months…
~ Budget forced me off the Gluc, i put some weight back on with cellulite…

Healthy: Your waist should be half your height…

Do not ever eat a banana 1st thing! Tummy can’t digest it…

Biggest Loser says eat small meals, meat, veggies & sides the size of your palm…

Remember to eat something every 2-3 hours…
Plus do not eat anything 3 hours before bedtime…

Always eat carbs with a protein! You never absorb the calories…

Drink a 12 oz of soda a day if you like…
Stay away from diet stuff – BAD for you!
Use butter never margarine, etc…
– Margarine clogs arteries!

Chew sugarless gum or keep hard candy or nuts or trail mix with you…
– 1/4 cup of almonds or walnuts daily are great!
– Pistachios are good too…
~
Know it takes 2 weeks to wean your body off carbs and cravings…
– Proteins keep your tummy satisfied…
~
Keep a high protein level daily of 30% to keep muscle mass….
~
“Key” Test
Get a blood test done called Serum Insulin Level test!
A blood test, level should be under 11 to lose weight… If 12 and higher you need a strict diet, hard exercise or you may have a hormone imbalance or something else….
