SKELETAL FLUOROSIS

PCOS Lady:
A good friend alerted me to this a couple nights ago… I have concluded that all the toxins mix inside us along with “bad” parasites to create medical ailments, medical conditions, etc… to make the medical industry wealthy, us poor as we slowly are being killed!
~ The video narrated by Darlene is a highly informative with facts from the beginning of fluoride through the years…
*
Listen to the video, Darlene had symptoms of Rheumatoid Arthritis, and so much more…

http://thearrowsoftruth.com/tag/skeletal-fluorosis/

Fluoride is a synthetic waste product of the nuclear, aluminum, phosphate fertilizer industries, has an amazing capacity to combine and increase the potency of other toxic materials, and it can cause skeletal or dental fluorosis, which weakens bone and dental matter. It damages the liver and kidneys, weakens the immune system, possibly leading to cancer, creates symptoms that mimic fibromyalgia, and performs as a Trojan Horse to carry aluminum across the blood brain barrier. Also, the pineal gland can become calcified from fluorides, inhibiting it’s function as a melatonin producer, which is needed for sound, deep sleep….

Skeletal fluorosis is a bone disease caused by excessive consumption of fluoride. In advanced cases, skeletal fluorosis causes pain and damage to bones and joints.

Skeletal Fluorosis Phases

Osteosclerotic Phase ~ Ash Concentration (mgF/kg) ~ Symptoms and Signs
Normal Bone: 500 to 1,000 Normal
~
Preclinical Phase: 3,500 to 5,500 Asymptomatic; slight radiographically-detectable increases in bone mass
~
Clinical Phase I: 6,000 to 7,000 Sporadic pain; stiffness of joints; osteosclerosis of pelvis and vertebral spine
~
Clinical Phase II: 7,500 to 9,000 Chronic joint pain; arthritic symptoms; slight calcification of ligaments’ increased osteosclerosis and cancellous bones; with/without osteoporosis of long bones
Phase III: Crippling Fluorosis 8,400 Limitation of joint movement; calcification of ligaments of neck vertebral column; crippling deformities of the spine and major joints; muscle wasting; neurological defects/compression of spinal cord

Symptoms and Side Effects

Symptoms are mainly promoted in the bone structure. Due to a high fluorine concentration in the body, the bone is hardened and thus less elastic, resulting in an increased frequency of fractures. Other symptoms include thickening of the bone structure and accumulation of bone tissue, which both contribute to impaired joint mobility. Most patients suffering from skeletal fluorosis show side effects from the high fluorine dose such as ruptures of the stomach lining and nausea. Fluorine can also damage the thyroid gland leading to hyperparatthyroidism, the uncontrolled secretion of parathyroid hormones. These hormones regulate calcium concentration in the body. An elevated parathyroid hormone concentration results in a depletion of calcium in bone structures and thus a higher calcium concentration in the blood. As a result, bone flexibility decreases making the bone more amenable to fractures.
~
FACTS:
~ Skeletal fluorosis is endemic in areas with high concentrations of fluoride in the drinking water, but it is rare in other parts of the world.
~ Brewed tea has one of the highest fluoride contents among beverages in the United States.

Skeletal Fluorosis—A Real Danger of Excessive Fluoride Consumption

The harmful effects of chronic fluoride exposure on bone are well established. Since the 1930s it has been known that fluoride intake causes excessive bone growth, which can result in joint pain, bone pain, and stiffness. These symptoms are difficult to distinguish from arthritis. Other symptoms indicative of early clinical stage skeletal fluorosis include:

~ Burning, prickling, and tingling in your limbs
~ Muscle weakness
~ Chronic fatigue
~ Gastrointestinal disorders
~ Reduced appetite and weight loss

The second clinical stage of skeletal fluorosis is characterized by:

~ Stiff joints and/or constant pain in your bones; brittle bones; and osteosclerosis
~ Anemia
~ Calcification of tendons, or ligaments of ribs and pelvis
~ Osteoporosis in the long bones
~ Bony spurs may also appear on your limb bones, especially around your knee, elbow, and on the surface of tibia and ulna

In advanced skeletal fluorosis (called crippling skeletal fluorosis), your extremities become weak and moving your joints difficult, and your vertebrae partially fuse together, effectively crippling you. You have a heightened risk of developing problems from even mild exposure to fluoride, such as bone fractures, if you:

~ Are elderly
~ Are deficient in calcium, magnesium, and/or vitamin C
~ Have cardiovascular problems
~ Have kidney problems

Evidence Of Fraud In The Matter Of Water Fluoridation by Darlene Sherrell

Is your town fluoridated? Are they considering adding fluoride to the water supply? If so, you should know that the CDC recommends fluoridation based on the Institute of Medicine’s fraudulent interpretation of their own references.

Increases in fluoride intake from a variety of sources have made water fluoridation the source of an overdose. Children who live in non-fluoridated areas are ingesting just as much fluoride as they did in 1 ppm fluoridated areas sixty years ago. Adults in fluoridated areas are ingesting enough fluoride to cause the arthritic symptoms of chronic fluoride poisoning. [National Research Council – Health Effects of Ingested Fluoride, 1993 & Drinking Water and Health, 1977]

Adding fluoride to the water supply will not improve dental health – but it will produce more cases of disfiguring mottled enamel.

The information below (on site post) is proof of either fraud or incompetence on the part of the CDC with regard to their recommendation for water fluoridation.

Symptoms of chronic fluoride poisoning

The United States Public Health Service (USDHHS) describes the early stages in the progression of fluoride poisoning as “sporadic pain and stiffness of joints; chronic joint pain, arthritic symptoms, slight calcification of ligaments, increased osteosclerosis of cancellous bones with or without osteoporosis of long bones.” The advanced crippling stage is described as “limitation of joint movement, calcification of ligaments in the neck and vertebral column, crippling deformities of the spine and major joints, muscle wasting, and neurological defects with compression of the spinal cord.” [Review of Fluoride Benefits and Risks, (1991) page 46]

Safety Studies?

Catch 22 . . .
There are no diagnostic methods capable of determining whether or not a person’s arthritic symptoms were caused by excess fluoride. Researchers and health care providers cannot confirm or report suspected cases of chronic fluoride poisoning until the condition reaches the advanced crippling stage. The claim for safety is based on the absence of reports which would require non-existent diagnostic methods.

A liter of diet drink gives the same methanol (wood alcohol) as the smoke from a pack of cigarettes, 60 mg — methanol has a half-life in the human bloodstream of 3 hours, showing that its elimination is slow, while it reaches every part of the body and the fetus every minute.
~
Methanol is actually less toxic than ethanol, except when it goes easily into cells that also happen to have high levels of free floating ADH1 enzyme, in 19 specific human tissues, including inner walls of blood vessels in the brain and eye, as well as in the rods and cones of the retina — the methanol is made quickly into free floating formaldehyde inside these cells, where it naturally wrecks havoc, interfering with all biochemistry, just as in its well known uses for embalming and sterilizing medical tools.

The resulting stew of formaldehyde modified proteins activates the inflammation process of the immune system, producing complex evolving pussy lesions — brain in Alzheimer’s and multiple sclerosis, inner walls of blood vessels in atherosclerosis, skin fibroblasts in lupus, pancreas in diabetes 2, retina in macular degeneration, joint fibroblasts in rheumatoid arthritis

GLUTEN INTOLERANCE
~
PCOS Lady:
Gluten Intolerance and Celiac Disease can be wicked to and in you… Three sets of symptoms are listed for you with the sites… The symptoms overlap other medical conditions… Headaches may be explained by being tested for one of these conditions…
~ I stress everyone be tested for Celiac Disease to know…
~
FACT: Most doctors can not draw a diagnosis from all your symptoms! They jump to diagnose you on a few only, hence a misdiagnosis!
FACT: Most doctors can not read your blood tests as a whole, only a few results they understand together…
~ I suggest you see an Endocrinologist, who specializes on internal chemistry, etc… (especially Diabetes)
~
SYMPTOMS COUNT! ~ All your symptoms… ~ Keep track of them… ~ It is your life!
~
Gluten Intolerance Symptoms – How Do You Know If Gluten Is Making You Sick?
~
* What are gluten intolerance symptoms?
* Are people with gluten intolerance just fussy eaters with a new excuse for their picky food habits?
~
Research shows that gluten sensitivity in some form, including celiac disease and mild gluten intolerance, affects approximately 15% of the US population. These statistics are likely to be similar in Western countries with similar health issues and dietary patterns.
~ Are you one of these people?
~ How do you recognize gluten intolerance symptoms?
~
First of all let’s * identify the difference between celiac disease and gluten intolerance. Celiac disease is an immune reaction, a severe sudden onset allergic reaction, to the protein called gluten. This is commonly found in grains such as wheat, rye, barley and oats. While celiac disease is initially an auto-immune disorder, it is also a disease of malabsorption, because essential nutrients are not absorbed. Therefore one of the most devastating symptoms of long-term undiagnosed celiac disease is malnutrition.
~
Gluten intolerance often has a slower onset than celiac disease, and may be hard to diagnose due to the broad range of symptoms and causes.
~
If you imagine a continuum of gluten intolerance symptoms, celiac disease is usually at the most extreme end with immediate autoimmune reactions. Some people with celiac disease may not have symptoms, but internally malabsorption and malnutrition can erode health over many years. Both celiac disease and gluten intolerance can be exacerbated by emotional stress, infection, surgery, pregnancy and childbirth. Every individual with some level of gluten intolerance or allergy may experience different shades of symptoms, hence the challenge for medical practitioners to diagnose.
~
So what are the specific symptoms of gluten intolerance and
celiac disease?

~
~ Weight loss or weight gain
~ Nutritional deficiencies due to malabsorption e.g. low iron levels
~ Gastro-intestinal problems (bloating, pain, gas, constipation, diarrhea)
~ Fat in the stools (due to poor digestion)
~ Aching joints
~ Depression
~ Eczema
~ Head aches
~ Exhaustion
~ Irritability and behavioural changes
~ Infertility, irregular menstrual cycle and miscarriage
~ Cramps, tingling and numbness
~ Slow infant and child growth

~
Undiagnosed for long periods of time, food intolerances have been found to contribute to diabetes, bowel cancer, anemia and osteoporosis.

Celiac disease and gluten sensitivity share some of the same symptoms. Although the actual damage occurs in the gastrointestinal tract, specifically in the small intestine, the symptoms manifest in many different ways and often show up throughout your entire body.
~
Gluten sensitivity and celiac disease have hundreds of symptoms; the following lists don’t contain them all, but are a good sampling:
~
* Gastrointestinal symptoms: These are some of the “classic” — although not the most common — symptoms of celiac disease:
~
~ Abdominal pain and distension
~ Acid reflux
~ Bloating
~ Constipation
~ Diarrhea
~ Gas and flatulence
~ Greasy, foul-smelling, floating stools
~ Nausea
~ Vomiting
~ Weight loss or weight gain
~
* Nongastrointestinal symptoms: Interestingly, although gluten sensitivity and celiac disease affect the gut, most people’s symptoms are not gastrointestinal in nature. This partial list includes just some of the more than 250 symptoms not centered in the digestive tract.
~
~ Fatigue and weakness (due to iron-deficiency anemia)

Why You Should Eliminate Wheat from Your Diet
http://www.kitchendaily.com/read/why-you-should-eliminate-wheat-your-diet?icid=maing-grid7|maing9|dl8|sec1_lnk2%26pLid%3D245778
~ Kitchen Daily … Why You Should Eliminate Wheat from Your Diet … Gluten, a protein composite of gliadin and glutenin found in wheat and grains, may be addictive. Perhaps this explains the uncontrollable cravings for carbs many of us experience. This news was hard for us to digest, but not nearly as hard as gluten is on our intestines.
~
Since the 1950s, when scientists began cross-breeding wheat to make it grow faster, we’ve seen a few issues arise. Wheat is not as healthy as it used to be. U.S. plant scientist, Norman Borlaug, who won the the Nobel Prize for his work in wheat hybridization may have introduced some compounds that aren’t exactly friendly to our bodies. In fact, there are proteins found in today’s wheat that scientists can’t trace back to the original plant.
~
What could this mean for you? Unfortunately, digestion issues along with a slew of potential diseases, such as celiac’s disease, rheumatoid arthritis, and IBS. These problems can pertain to anyone, not just to those with severe gluten reactions or celiac’s disease.

Walking Barefoot for Good Health

Why Walking Barefoot Might Be an Essential Element of Good Health
~
September 20 2012
~
By Dr. Mercola
~
When’s the last time you kicked off your shoes and reveled in the feeling of the Earth under your feet?
~
Been awhile?
~
It may sound hard to believe, but engaging in this simple pleasure could give your health a much-needed boost.
~
Often it is the case that engaging in activities that feel good on an intrinsic level really are good for your health — like the feeling of the afternoon sun warming your bare skin.
~
Walking barefoot outside, with the soles of your feet free to mesh with the surface of the Earth – an activity known as Earthing, or grounding — is another such case.
~
I have been personally intrigued with grounding for nearly seven years and have been seeking to ground myself most of the time.
~
This is a fascinating leading-edge concept, and I would strongly encourage you to carefully read the featured article for more details.
~
You are an Electrical Being, and the Earth’s Surface is Electrically Conductive
~
You are an electrical being — your body regularly produces positive charges, which can oxidize and harm you if it is excessive..
~
The Earth’s surface is electrically conductive; it maintains a negative charge with its free electron supply continually replenished by the global atmospheric electrical circuit.
~
A Review of Earthing Research Shows Significant Benefits
~
In a new article published in the Journal of Environmental and Public Health, researchers reviewed the Earthing research, revealing an impressive impact on a variety of health conditions. Most of the studies involved indoor testing methods that simulated being barefoot outdoors. This was found to offer improvements in the following conditions:
~
~ Sleep disturbances, including sleep apnea
~ Chronic muscle and joint pain, and other types of pain
~ Asthmatic and respiratory conditions
~ Rheumatoid arthritis
~ PMS
~ Hypertension
~ Energy levels
~ Stress
~ Immune system activity and response
~ Heart rate variability
~ Primary indicators of osteoporosis
~ Fasting glucose levels among people with diabetes

PCOS Lady:
I love walking barefoot! Now i know the health benefits for it… Spiritual people know about grounding and the importance in it… Go barefoot’n!
~
Another invaluable benefit is this: when your body is grounded, researchers write, “its electrical potential becomes equalized with the Earth’s electrical potential through a transfer of electrons from the Earth to the body.” This, in turn, offers an “umbrella” of protection against the electromagnetic fields that are now ubiquitous in our environment. The paper continues:
~
“The study confirms the “umbrella” effect of earthing the body explained by Nobel Prize winner Richard Feynman in his lectures on electromagnetism. Feynman said that when the body’s potential is the same as the Earth’s electric potential (and thus grounded), it becomes an extension of the Earth’s gigantic electric system. The Earth’s potential thus becomes the “working agent that cancels, reduces, or pushes away electric fields from the body.”
~
Most of the scientists working in this area now believe that the beneficial effects are mediated through reduction in inflammation and a thinning of the blood. In fact the blood thinning effect is so profound that if you are taking blood thinners it is recommended to immediately consult with your doctor, as most likely your blood thinner will need to be lowered.
~
Two Ways to Make Sure You Stay Grounded
~
The effects of grounding appear to be so profound that researchers suggest health practitioners prescribe outdoor “barefoot sessions” as the weather permits. This is as simple as it sounds – you kick off your shoes and socks and walk barefoot on the grass, the dirt, the sand or whatever “Earth” is available to you. Studies suggest that benefits such as pain relief and stress reduction may occur in just 30-80 minutes of barefoot time a day.
~
This can obviously be a challenge during the winter, or if you live in an urban area without easy access to parks or other barefoot-friendly surfaces, so the other option is to use a grounding or Earthing pad, which allows you to get the benefits of the Earth’s electrons even if you’re indoors, especially when you’re sleeping. I’ve been using one for several months now, especially when I travel by plane, as air travel is a suspected cause of weakening bio-electric currents.
~
So, like access to regular sun exposure, walking barefoot outside is a grossly neglected foundational practice that you can easily correct. In the Journal of Environmental and Public Health, researchers concluded:
~
“Emerging evidence shows that contact with the Earth—whether being outside barefoot or indoors connected to grounded conductive systems—may be a simple, natural, and yet profoundly effective environmental strategy against chronic stress, ANS [autonomic nervous system] dysfunction, inflammation, pain, poor sleep, disturbed HRV [heart rate variability], hypercoagulable blood, and many common health disorders, including cardiovascular disease.
~
The research done to date supports the concept that grounding or earthing the human body may be an essential element in the health equation along with sunshine, clean air and water, nutritious food, and physical activity.”

NOTE
~
PCOS Lady:
Doctors rarely ever tell you to walk barefoot outside! Makes me think and realize they wouldn’t cause we would not be as sick as we are if we did walk outside barefoot grounding ourselves…
~ I remember seeing on TV years ago a man wake up in the am with the bottom half of his arm missing, no blood…
~ The electrical charge in his body blew it off! Cauterized it as well…
~ Sure is something to remember!

The Monster List of Fibromyalgia Symptoms!
~
By Adrienne Dellwo, About.com Guide
~
You’ve probably read about fibromyalgia symptoms such as pain, fatigue and fibro fog, but the list of possible signs and symptoms of fibromyalgia are far-reaching and body-wide. Those tiny lists don’t even begin to describe our experience! I put together this “monster list” of 60+ fibromyalgia symptoms to let you know that you’re not alone! Who Gets FMS? (Fibromyalgia)
~
Answer: According to a paper published by the American College of Rheumatology (ACR), fibromyalgia affects 3 to 6 million – or as many as one in 50 – Americans. For unknown reasons, between 80 and 90 percent of those diagnosed with fibromyalgia are women; however, men and children also can be affected. Most people are diagnosed during middle age, although the symptoms often become present earlier in life.
~
People with certain rheumatic diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus (commonly called lupus), or ankylosing spondylitis (spinal arthritis) may be more likely to have fibromyalgia, too.
~
Several studies indicate that women who have a family member with fibromyalgia are more likely to have fibromyalgia themselves, but the exact reason for this—whether it be hereditary or caused by environmental factors or both—is unknown. One study supported by the National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases (NIAMS) is trying to identify if certain genes predispose some people to fibromyalgia.

Article: Restoring Cellular Energy Metabolism
by LEF.org … October 2012

FIBROMYALGIA

Fibromyalgia (FM) and chronic fatigue syndrome are conditions that often occur together and are believed to have a similar underlying cause.

There’s accumulating evidence that defective production of AFP is the culprit. Makes d-ribose a natural candidate for therapy for both.

A published case study showed that a woman with both experienced a decrease in symptoms following supplementation with d-ribose.

A larger study followed 41 patients with both. Subjects took 5 grams of d0ribose 3x a daily until reaching a total of 280 grams. There was a significant improvement in all five categories on a standard score:
~ energy
~ sleep
~ mental clarity
~ pain intensity
~ well being
On average, patients reported a 45% increase in energy levels.

Fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome remain complicated and perplexing to scientists, these findings offer real hope for a solution.
