~
PCOS Lady:
Libido problems are being experienced by some men, even teens today! I have been asked by a few of my male friends to research options for you…
~ I strongly suggest men have their testosterone levels checked id over 45 yrs old since by 50 your level can drop to half or lower…
~
I took a three night seminar on Impotence at a hospital years ago given by the surgeon…
~ I know the test for impotence…
~ Thinning blood causes impotence… Heart illness, Diabetes, aging and medications are the main causes…
~
Women, you also cause your men to have libido problems when you cause emotional stress, cut on them there with harsh words, reject their affection, etc… Men show love through making love…
~ Most may have no idea the trauma they cause by words and actions!
~ Women, through my years i have heard about you pushing your men away! Then you get mad at women who take your men in… ‘YOU” are to blame! Not the women understanding your man!
~ Be honest with your man and try to work the issues out before hurting him as you walk out of his life!
~
WARNINGS: Do not see a urologist, psychiatrist or specialist!
~ They only use the lowest dose of medicine from the Mayo Clinic if injection(s) is needed!
~ Surgery is offered to you after a few visits and attempts with no success…
~ They want your money and your insurance money…
~
Surgery is the last resort and is not reversible!
~
The two places listed care and do not promote surgery unless it is the only option!

Natural relief for andropause
While women undergo menopause, it appears that middle-aged men also experience their own very significant period of change called andropause – sometimes referred to as man-o-pause.

Andropause is caused by a steady decline in two valuable hormones: testosterone and dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA). Symptoms vary from one man to another, andropause can result in lower libido, erectile dysfunction, sleep disorders, fatigue, loss of mental sharpness and an inverse change in the ratio of lean muscle to fat.

Aging is a natural process of life… We can improve our life to age better inside and out though… Eating right is a huge “KEY”… I do believe and have seen it happen in me if you eat more greens, veggies and fruits you look healthy and feel better…
~ A recent retired bio chemist complimented me a few years ago on my complexion etc…
~ I will be eating healthy 4 to 5 times a week and eating meat 2 to 3 times a week after doing all the researching i do for my blogs…
~
Many research doctors do not believe in an all vegan diet…
~
I feel vegan depends on a person’s preferences… Just have things checked at times…

Fight Aging: The Real Secrets to Staying Young
~
Want to stay vital well into your 80s and beyond? Here’s some of their latest research, with advice on how you can add years to your life.
~
1. Stop eating so much. In Okinawa, Japan—home to some of the world’s oldest people—centenarians stop eating when they’re 80 percent full, says The Blue Zones author Dan Buettner, who studies longevity all over the planet.
~ Dr OZ said to have actual sex 220 times a year to stay healthy per research on another show.
~
They’re onto something: Scientists at St. Louis University found that, while both exercising and eating less led to weight loss in the study’s volunteers, cutting calories also lowered production of T3, a thyroid hormone that slows metabolism. The researchers believe that lower T3 levels may also slow the aging process.
~
2. Make love. Women who enjoy sex live longer, says Mehmet Oz, MD, professor and vice chairman of surgery at New York Presbyterian–Columbia University and co-author of YOU: Being Beautiful. In fact, doubling your amount of satisfying sex can add up to three years to your life, he says. “Sex gives you the Zen moment you can’t find throughout the day otherwise.”
~
3. Use your brain Dr. Geula, who has studied 80-year-olds who perform at the same level as people in their 50s on neuropsychological tests, has found that the super aged have fewer brain tangles—deposits of protein linked to Alzheimer’s—suggesting that their brains have some sort of protection that normal brains don’t. While scientists puzzle this out, there’s a lot you can do to keep your own synapses firing. Learn Italian, take up the cello—even driving a new route to work can wake up sleepy brain cells.
~
4. Pour yourself some merlot. You’ve probably heard a lot about resveratrol, a compound in red wine and grape juice that seems to slow aging. One recent study found that resveratrol-fed mice had stronger bones and better motor coordination, and showed fewer “old age” problems like heart disease, inflammation, and cataracts. The jury is still out on whether resveratrol has the same effect on humans, but nutritionists say drinking red wine in moderation does have heart-healthy benefits.
~
5. Lose the muffin top. In one large study published last year, researchers who tracked 6,583 people for more than 30 years found that having significant belly fat in midlife can nearly triple your risk of dementia.
~
6. Eat more plants. In his study of centenarians, Buettner found the longest-living people tend to eat less meat and more beans, soy, and nuts.
